Although each enlightenment session is different for each person, here is an
example of a typical one-
Session 1-
-An angel card reading to help you in exploring where you are now and any blocks you may have, finding ways for moving forward
-Discussing where you want to be, which steps to take in moving your closer to this
-Exploring any underlying blocks which are preventing you from progressing forward
-Goal planning for the following week
Session 2-
-Evaluation of how the week has been for you, what you’ve achieved towards your goals
-An angel card reading to help bring through information from the angels and your guides
-A talk through visualisation/meditation to help clear away any fear or energy blocks
-Goal planning for the following week
Session 3-
-Evaluation of how the week has been for you, what you’ve achieved towards your goals
-An angel card reading to help bring through information from the angels and your guides
-Exploring any issues which have arisen for you, looking at moving forward into the future
-Visualisations/meditations you may need to help clear and balance your energy
-Goal planning for the following week
Session 4-
-Evaluation of how the last 3 weeks have been for you and how you’ve developed
-Angel card reading to help bring through information from your angels and your guides
-Positive affirmations which you can take away and use to keep moving forward
-Looking towards the future, your hopes and dreams and looking at your amazing achievements!
