5 Steps To Get You Through Mercury Retrograde!

1- Meditate, Meditate, Meditate!

During the Mercury Retrograde it's important that you pay attention to your inner spirit and really dedicate time to going within. Meditation can help you to connect with your spirit and in doing so can also help you to use this as a chance to release any inner emotions which are not serving you good within your life. There are so many different meditations available, try to find one that focuses on releasing and energising, as right now these are two important areas for you to focus upon. Meditation can also help you to connect with your higher self, and in doing so you can tap into finding the answers you've been seeking about your direction in life and this will help you to contemplate the next steps you need to take.

Step 2- Relax!

With how the energy can be during Mercury Retrograde (quite slow and difficult to get things moving) rather than fighting against this, go with the flow and take some time out to relax. Ask yourself some reflective questions such as "Am I where I want to be in my life?" or "What can I do next that is going to help me move forward?". As you relax, you will find that the answers to these questions come through to you and your body will thank you for giving it the break that it deserves. Perhaps treat yourself to a lovely aromatherapy bath or pamper yourself for a whole evening, after all.. you deserve it!

Step 3- Keep A Journal/Notebook!

I've found that many people during this time say about having profound dreams and that emotions often come to the surface. Keep a record of any dreams you have through writing them down in a dream journal, but also use this journal to write down any thoughts, emotions or inspirations that come to you. You'll also find that as you do this it will open up the channel for more inspirations and creativity to flow to you. Through doing this it'll also help you to reflect upon your life and your life purpose, you'll discover things about yourself which you didn't realise were there and you may even release certain past experiences that you didn't even realise were affecting you. This is a time of healing, regeneration and contemplation, so a journal can be your best friend through this!

Step 4- Drink More Water & Eat Healthy!

Yes it may sound simple, but it's important to keep your hydration levels up as this will help to increase your sense of well-being physically and emotionally. As we go through spiritual changes, very often water is a very important factor because of it's cleansing properties. Also try to eat what your body feels drawn towards, as your body will communicate with you what it needs right now. To find out what this is, close your eyes and relax, go within and ask your body what it wishes to eat. You will get some kind of response, whether it is through an image, feeling or visualisation. You can use this anytime you're out shopping or trying to choose what to have for a meal.

Step 5- Surround Yourself With Positive People!

During this time it's important for you to try and surround yourself with positive and uplifting people. Sometimes in life it can be hard to control this fully but if it is possible, try to spend your time only with people who have a positive energy. This will help to keep your energy levels high and will give you a chance to work through your own emotions, rather than taking on the emotions of everyone else around you! Also keep up with using energetic protection if you're in a place that is negative and cleanse your energy daily whilst you have a shower/bath. If you try to get into the routine of visualising your energy being cleansed as well as your physical body, you'll find that cleansing of your energy field can be a normal daily routine just as cleansing your physical body is.

A Psychic Reading Is More Than Just Information Giving!

Very often people view psychic readings as just a way of predicting the future, but they are so much more! For me a psychic reading is a form of healing towards the recipient, as we deliver a message of love and hope, inspired by our helpers on the other side. When I’m giving a reading to someone, I find that intuitively I see a person’s situation and I feel the feelings they may be going through. I use the guidance of the angels and their guides to deliver information for a person,  based upon this higher perspective from the other side. I often feel such
overwhelming love and compassion coming through to
the person, similar to when I’m giving Reiki. I feel that this is healing coming through towards the person I’m giving a reading to, which is something so wonderful and beautiful. It reaffirms to me that we, as well as everyone around
us, are sparks of pure love, and it’s working with this loving energy which makes doing readings so special. Through giving readings, this spark of pure love inside each person is gently encouraged to grow and become
stronger through the infusion of the healing coming through to them

If you don’t know what your soul’s life purpose is, how can you start finding out?

To find our life purpose it’s often good to look at what we have a passion for, or an interest which we may feel we’d like to
study. It’s good to be patient when discovering our soul’s life purpose, as
sometimes at the beginning we may only see the first step. You can look for a sign post and go with what feels right inside. Sometimes opportunities can appear which can be a signpost, or perhaps you see something which particularly interests you. Signs can come from the spirit world (maybe a book falls of the shelf), from people, and from invitations you may be given. I remember when I randomly bumped into a friend I hadn’t seen for years, we arranged to meet up the next day and she invited me to a Reiki event which was the day after that. I
went along and am now a reiki healer because of that event!  
 
Each and every person has something beautiful and
unique they can offer the world, a special talent, that when tapped into creates fantastic results. Sometimes finding somewhere quiet and reflecting deep within your spirit, such as within meditation, can help bring to light what those special talents are. 
 
You may look back in your life and notice how different events, jobs or courses you’ve studied have been forming a pattern. You may see that each of those things gave you the ability to nurture your talents and skills and that those events helped to open doors to where your life path is heading now. It’s important to develop spiritually so that the introjections from past experiences are pulled back to reveal the organic and true you. When we discover our true self, we will automatically start moving towards our soul’s life purpose.

5 Steps To Release Energy Blocks

1) Awareness
 
Awareness of the emotional block.
You need to create an awareness of any energetic blockages to be able to release them. To do this, lie or sit comfortably (with relaxing music if you wish) and tune into your body. Notice any sensations in your body such as twinges, pain, fluttering, tightness or heat changes. Really search the depths of your soul, ask in your mind “what energy within my spiritual, physical and emotional bodies are preventing me from moving forward in my life?” You will find that a thought may come into your mind, or a sensation in part of your body. It could also be a feeling, a memory, a person, a situation or a word. Just start with one emotion or feeling to begin with so that it’s a gradual process and not too overwhelming. Once you have an awareness of this energy, move on to the next step.
 
2) Being willing to let go

Having the genuine will to really WANT to release the negative energy.
Now you have identified an energetic block, you need to be fully willing to release this. Sometimes people can hold onto the familiarity of the pain they have, for if it has been with them so long, they may fear living without it (i.e: once it’s gone, I know I will have to move forward in my life, and the unknown scares me!). If you feel resistance in letting this go, ask the Angels to assist you with the next step ( the releasing process). Archangel Michael is particularly good at helping us to release negative emotions and attachments.
 
3) Release!

After feeling an awareness of the emotional block, let it go!
 Find a technique to help you release this emotion. The release can be done through a variety of methods, each person is different in how they choose to release, and the most important part is the INTENTION to release it. Some of the techniques can include meditations, visualisations, EFT, Reiki, spiritual healing, NLP techniques or any other form of healing or therapy which feels comfortable for
you. This can also include self help techniques and you can find a variety of online free resources.
 
For a simple releasing technique, lie or sit down comfortably. Recognise the emotion you wish to release and feel it within yourself, do not be scared to experience this feeling, as feeling it is part of the releasing process. Now, as you relax say either in your mind or out loud “I now recognise this feeling of ................ and I fully release this feeling with love and light”. Breathe in through your nose and strongly through your mouth as you visualise and feel
this feeling being released. Imagine an angel has a large strong bag and that as you release this emotion, it goes in there. Keep breathing in and out, until you feel you have fully released this emotion.  Watch as the angels fly away into the distance, with the bag. Afterwards imagine the angels surrounding you and bathing you in a beautiful healing blue light.
 
4) Moving forward

Create small steps in moving towards your
inner passions.
 Ask yourself “where do I want to go in my life?” Focus on your passions, for this is very often where your life path is. Do one step at a time, perhaps buy a book on your favourite subject or enrol in a class. As you open your mind to the possibilities around you, you'll find that opportunities start to flow into your life.
 
5) Positive Affirmations

Replace critical or negative thinking, with positive thoughts (practise every day). Use a daily positive affirmation to help build up a positive self belief system. If you have a fear or negative thought replace it with a positive opposite. For example, if you often have feelings of being a failure, replace it with an affirmation such as “I am successful in all I do”. Remember to always use “I am” or “I do” rather than “I will” as this way it’s based in the present rather than the future therefore is more effective in bringing about the change. Remember that repetition is the key in making affirmations successful, commit to saying it once a day but say it more if you can.
